"Ficamos no quarto 11 que é um quarto de casal pequeno. A cama é confortável, mas o espaço no quarto é reduzido. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas atendeu nossa necessidade pois ficamos só uma noite. "

"Foi boa! O pessoal foi mega camarada comigo. 1o. tive problemas com o voo SP São Luís - não perdi minha reserva. 2a. entrei num quarto com muito cheiro de mofo e comentei na recepção. Me trocaram. 3o. devido a ter chegado muito tarde, o que seria feito no final da tarde de 24/01, foi em partes suprida em 27/01 e com isso me atrasei muito até para o late checkout pedido e o gerente não me cobrou. Isso foi mm camaradagem, empatia e cordialidade por minhas expectativas."

"Property was nice. Most staff was extremely polite and courteous. Just one evening muscular make receptionist was very rude to me in my opinion. And the last day of my stay there was extremely loud construction and banging early in the morning. Other than that, the stay was good. Applause to the breakfast and room cleaning staff!! A "

"I stayed there prior to an early morning flight and found the staff very friendly and helpful and the faciluties clean, although a bit old. The area seemed quiet, though it was hard to tell, given the thunderstorm. I left before the breakfast was served."

"This hotel is a bit tired. The pool was dirty. The room needed a good cleaning. The beds are hard and they only had a single sheet on the beds, no blankets. We asked for more pillows and got a couple but it would have been nice to have more pillows. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection. But the best part is that it was right across the street from the Bumba Meu Boi festival! We were in Sao Luis to go to a festival and were quite happy that is was so close. The down side is...

"The hotel breakfast and ataff are great. The area is safe compare to centro. Centro is dangerous. we went there and were attacked by 2 people while many people watching at 10:30 amvas if it is normal. police came later and did nothing. we heard from them that we were the third attack. d sao luis is very dangerous. go straight to barrienhas if you lan to visit the Lencyos national park. it is not worth to risk your life. there are many poor people in town and police has given up. "
