Great little place
I enjoyed my stay in this little apartment. It was within walking distance from some very good restaurants. Not far from downtown or anywhere else I wanted to go. It was quiet and I felt safe in the area at night.

Upon Check In: -The cups in the kitchen had thick white lining on them. (I used my own cups & utensils.. as always) -I pulled the drawers out of the fridge and the bottom was full of food and there was hair in the freezer. -The kitchen blinds were broken and those from the parking lot could see in because the blinds didn't close upwards completely plus there was no curtain though there was a rod. (I was going to buy my own but I requested a curtain) - I was shocked how dull/neglected the bedroom looked. - Some nights can be invasive due to gatherings in the parking lot. I folded the curtain in the blinds over the a/c to black my silhouette from being seen outside. -- Some days the hallway spells like a mass amount of THC and most days it smell like sewage. -- The washer is $1.50 not $1.25 and it is in the basement. It doesn't smell or look the best but the water is clean. -- I installed a removable shower head during my stay. (The shower is xsmall) Additionally, their head wets the floor when you open it if you try to warm it up prior. (( Most days around Noon the water is cold for a while. )) - Thankfully there is a fence outside the bathroom window. There is no curtain only a sandblast window. I didnt use the lights at night. But I advise hanging a sheet or curtain for modesty. - It can also get loud and chatty in the living room from other's apartments. ((OVERALL MY STAY FELT TENSE))

Amazing!!
We enjoyed our time here so much! Great restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic breweries only 5 mins away. Comfortable and well maintained! We will definitely keep on our fave list!

Cherry st cozy duplex apt
Great communication with vrbo host! Easy check in instruction and access to apt. Location is chic with cherry st a block away with all the restaurants and shops. Close to everything and within 2 miles of downtown. Will stay again if i have to.
