There was no hot water, trashed room, broken tiles and broken sink, dents and dings in the wall. When this was booked, Expedia said we would not have to pay until we checked in which worked great as my husband was traveling back from a funeral and we weren’t going to be paying for the room, his grandpa was going to. So now we are out money we weren’t planning on using.
Also after a snow storm, normally it is required to have cleared sidewalks and entry ways, but the parking lot wasn’t salted and the parking spots were completely iced over, the entry way was super slick. Which when traveling with an elderly person makes for a potential lawsuit if they fall.
I will be going through the ropes to get a refund because that is unacceptable.
