「Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, although there are a few things that could be improved. I hope to return one day! We loved the clean room with a nice bathtub with the view. Food was great as well. It was nice to have free access to drinking water, but unfortunately the bottle lids were full of mold. The early morining kayaking in the quiet bay was very pleasant. 「　サービスは５☆。常に気配りをしていて、空いた時間には子供と遊んでくれました。　どこのツアーもほぼ内容は同じ。値段の違いは設備の違いだと思います。清潔にはしてあるけれども、部屋は狭く、水まわりの設備は古い。部屋を使うのは夜眠るときくらいなので、その点さえ気にならないのであればよいと思います。　イカ釣りは「釣れたらラッキー」くらいのノリでした。一晩、乗船したグループで3匹、うち1匹を娘(7歳）が釣りました。ルアーにたまたま引っかかったような感じです。イカはいるので、自分でルアーを準備するなど工夫すれば釣れそう？　」

「食事は、夕食はまずまず。朝食は頂けない。ブランチは合格点だが、イマイチ。我々が利用した日の食事が毎回同じだとしたら、工夫が足りない。出身国が分かっているから、出来るだけ研究してそれに合わせられれば、合格だが、クルーザーと言うことを考えると、少し研究する必要ありと思う。マネージャーの愛想良さ、努力、それに親切さはとても感じが良かった。船が建造されて10年と聞いたが、木造部分がかなり痛んでいた。幾クラシックの種類の船と言っても、少しずつ改良すべきだ。朝食とブランチの時間が近すぎて、一考を要する。船内のもてなしを再検討する必要有りと思われる。船長の航行操作が完璧、素晴らしかった。船室のドアが傷んでいて、鍵が上手く開け閉め出来ない。要修理、また、室内の蛍光灯が一つ切れていた。チェックが足りない。」

「Von Transfer bis zum Schiff und den Tagesausflügen alles top geplant. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden super umgesetzt und die Natur ist ein Traum. Die Musik an der Bar ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Ein Trip zum Staunen und sich verwöhnen lassen. 」

Food was also excellent. I Cant believe that Jain vegetarian food can be so nicely prepared by a Vietnam chef. Thanks to all again. 」

「We actually ended up in the bay Lan Ha next to Ha Long. Same scenery but less boats. Our craft was called Paradise Grand. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say. Not a party boat」
