「Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!」

「Staff and services was excellent. Edward and his bell staff great. Petagaye at the front desk. Brittany the restaurant manager and her team fabulous. The ground staff always so friendly and welcoming. 」

「The resort is quaint with beautiful white balcony, crystal clear water at the beach. Just lovely.」

「Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!」

「The hotel was in a good location the beach was across the street our room had a balcony with an ocean view it’s no resort and it needs some updates but it did its job! The staff were amazing and there’s always security in the front which was good and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants right down stairs the area was walkable and safe we stayed for 3 days and everyday we walked around we felt safe There’s a beach club across the street for 8$ but if you walk a little further it’s a free beach...
