「The house was very nice and well stocked. Would like the check in earlier, but other than that the house and area were very enjoyable.」

「We had a great time! Condo nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary items for cooking. The beach was fantastic. The six of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was one situation not related to the condo but for wheel-chair people. For access to the beach, it is easier to cross the small portion of sand in back location. But access was cut off. Can a new rule be applied for wheelchairs having access using the back location? 」

「The property was very clean and the inside was very well maintained and plenty of amenities. Walk to the beach was easy even with young children. Check-in and out and all communication was simple and painless. The outside of the property was usable but a bit neglected- there was an overgrown patio area and a slightly rickety deck. Overall a very.nice stay!」

「Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

「We truly enjoyed our time at the Cape. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with new kitchen appliances. In a nice neighborhood. Only a few issues. Clothes dryer did not work. Upstairs toilet flushing mechanism was tricky. And downstairs dehumidifier had no instructions and would have overflowed had we not discovered that it drained into a closet. We tried reached out to manager and owner but heard nothing. But those things didn’t affect our trip much. Just caused some...

「Lived in the area in the 70's & 80's. Great to be back with nice access to Nauset Light & Coast Guard Beaches. (6) in our group - family & longtime friends. House was fine size-wise but the kitchen was somewhat lacking for food prep. Great outdoor shower ! Good response by Del Mar service / repair for a couple of issues. Thank you !」

「This was great for our family with 4 kids. There were 2 full bathrooms, a nicely stocked and sunny kitchen, and two sitting room spaces each with a tv, so kids and adults can have their own spaces to hang out if you wanted. It was a very close and easy walk to the beach, which was small but very nice for us with young kids. Especially nice given most of the cape cod beaches cost $20-30 dollars to park it.
