House was not cleaned upon arrival, Vacasa had us move to another house (unpacked, packed and unpacked kids to stay at other place, got to sleep finally at 2AM). Next day, asked several times when original house would be clean, no word, we weren't able to ski as planned, person texted me saying they would let me know, after hours of waiting, I let them know we would just stay at the house they moved us too since we needed to go out (it was 1:30pm already and we had grabbed our things at the other house after 11am and saw no one there cleaning). Vacasa rep texted me that would be fine and they would let the local team know. 4pm got a call that we needed to move out to first house due to someone checking in to current house. Went back to house and found the people who had rented went in to the house and out of anger shattered our electronics. Had to work with the police who told me the irate renters had even called them. Vacasa had no compassion for us, just kept asking if we had left, told me that the other Vacasa person didn't have authority to tell us we could stay there. Then gave small credit saying that they did us a favor to move us for one night to another house and the one night stay house was more expensive. Weekend was ruined with kids being scared that someone would break in, cops coming over for a statement, moving houses all due to mis comms and poor customer service by Vacasa. Owner and renters beware.
