"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. "Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."
