Come stay in our brand new apartment in downtown Traverse City! This private luxury space is the perfect spot for you to be comfortable any time of year. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport! Located one block to the north is Grand Traverse West Bay and a short drive to many options for daily adventures. We are centered between the best shopping and restaurants TC has to offer. We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
Our brand new luxury apartment provides a clean, comfortable, and private space for you to enjoy the very best of downtown TC! This unit provides you the space to relax after your long day of adventures in Northern Michigan.
This apartment is a full size living space that is perfect for you and your group! Our apartment includes a full kitchen, including a single cup Keurig with coffee essentials. The kitchen includes a seated bar area to enjoy your meals at as well as a full size dining table. All bedrooms and bathrooms are made up with fresh linens for your stay.

Each apartment has a lot of extra storage space throughout the unit as well as a private full size washer and dryer. Your stay will include a few essentials for a short term stay including: bathroom soaps, dish soaps, laundry soaps. Please be aware of these items placed inside the unit for your safety.
Our space offers high speed wifi internet and Roku TV’s for you to login to your preferred personal streaming platform so you can catch up on all your favorite shows.

Just a 15-minute drive takes you to the renowned wineries of Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas, where you can indulge in wine tastings amidst stunning vineyard landscapes.
Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, a mere 30-minute.

*For additional parking for multiple vehicles, please be sure to visit Downtown Traverse City's website for close by public parking and parking deck options. Any vehicle found without a pass will be towed. Please see the contact info for towing company on the sign at the parking space.
*Please be sure to request a late check out or early check in for approval. Without approval, additional fee's may be applicable.
