Welcome to our Beach Condo!
Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #323. Our condo features a Queen Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.
Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Our stay was perfect! The views were exact if not better than what the pictures displayed! We definitely plan to book again in the future and possibly bring our kiddos so they can enjoy the beach.

The host was amazing. Condo clean and accommodating. Only two things were a bother to me, outside of condo was full of cobwebs and bugs. All around the building it was this way. I’m not sure that was the host’s responsibility, so I don’t hold that against them. The property manager should do better in the cleaning department. Second issue was the cleaning lady. Well cleaning young lady. We were a bit late on check out, which the host was aware and gave us extra time. Cleaning crew knocked in door, no hello or how are you….. Nothing friendly…. Just you have to be out of here now it’s 10:00am. Not friendly at all. I understand she was there to do her job. That was not the issue. The issue was her greeting and tone. Again nothing the host can control. Other than those things, we had an amazing experience and will book again for next year. Thanks again. We had a wonderful time and will see you next year.

A bit misleading
The property was undergoing exterior renovations during our stay. Overall, the property was a bit worn down and the posting was a bit misleading. The room is on the third floor, so it is not a property you can walk out onto the beach from. I won’t be a return customer, given that there are many other options around the area.

Beautiful views
All was as described except the elevator was inoperable and we were on the third floor. We had to carry our belongings and food up three floors. Also, the pool was dirty and we never saw anyone cleaning it while we were there. The balcony needed a good cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and spiders. Traffic is terrible, and we saw several accidents. The views and the beach was enjoyable. The area has a lot to offer, as far as natural beauty. It was fairly quite but the road noise. The condo INSIDE was spotless and well equipped. Heather the manager never told us in advance that the elevator was down. They we working on it. It was working the third day we were there in the morning so we got groceries, and when we returned it was broken again so we had to carry them up 3 floors I then texted Heather and she said she would check into it. She never got back to us and let us know when the elevator was repaired so we could use it. We would not stay again.

Light, airy, peaceful and comfortable
Our condo was very well decorated and put you in a peaceful mood. There was nothing about our stay that I didn't like. It was very quiet in night and had a beautiful view during the day. We will certainly stay again when in Traverse City. In fact, we own a condo just down the way and ours was booked for the weekend so our first pick (after ours) was The Beach Condominiums.

Very nice stay
Condo was clean and well stocked. Good location near a lot of attractions. We stayed in the off season for a winter getaway weekend and had a very positive experience.

This property was an alright stay but there needs to be improvements made, mainly in the cleanliness factor. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. Bathroom mirrors had streaks of brown over them all. There were black spots on some of the white towels, which made them appear dirty. There was some left over poo spackled by the rim of the toilet that was missed during the cleaning process(hence my title of the post). If this was taken care of, this place would be an excellent place to stay. The balcony overlooked the water and was right on the beach. I would not recommend this place until they upped their cleanliness standards. I saw some other posts comment on the cleanliness of the place so it appears like an ongoing issue. If this was improved I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Weekend Away
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean and inviting our condo was when we visited Traverse City for a romantic weekend away. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a little issue with our patio door and the staff came right up to fix it. We were very happy with the stay overall.

Room was clean, beautiful view. Stayed in room 323, just like the picture. Place needs tons of updates, but nothing that would keep us from coming back. If you want high maintenance and a place with no flaws, I wouldn't recommend this would be for you. Will be coming back.

A quick trip to Traverse City
This property served the purpose for one night. I can see that there is need for some renovation and remodeling in the near future. It was nice but dated.

Spectacular view, fell short inside
We love Traverse City! This was a last minute getaway so there was limited availability of places to stay. This condo popped up and we were so excited because it hit all the marks of what we were looking for......we thought. Unfortunately it fell a bit short of what we were expecting. The positives: Our view 24/7 was Lake Michigan----perfection! There was a pool and hot tub and it is super close to the TART trail. We enjoyed biking and running! The towels provided are awesome----big, new, white plush bath towels and navy beach towels. The space of the condo was great as was the kitchen. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap provided. And they allowed us to have our daughter and son in law and young grands for an overnight at no extra charge! BUT---the place is very dated and "tired" and in need of a facelift. The bed was super soft and the shades need to be replaced to be room darkening shades. At night the bedroom is pretty lit up by all of the outdoor lights on the balcony. The place was clean but not as clean as expected. Crumbs behind and under toaster, some on counter top. The deck was full of cobwebs and spiders. And the little laundry closet had not been cleaned in a very long time on the floor. Having a washer and dryer was one of our check list items for a rental. Unfortunately the dryer didn't dry anything (took 80 minutes to dry one sheet that we used on the beach, had to remove towels that were still super wet after first 40 min and just left the sheet in) and the lint tray area was broken off so clothes caught on that and twisted so badly that it was a struggle to free them. I had to hang dry whatever we washed. The feet rinsing area by the pool was not working, the jets in the hot tub were not working, we inquired about that. The good outweighed the bad so that is why it is an overall 4. The office people were very polite. We did not use the daily "refresh" option, and we did not bother to tell the office about the dryer as we did not want an intrusion of a maintenance worker during our stay. We would not stay in this particular condo again.

The view and lake access at this place is spectacular! There are also boat rentals available on the property. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!
