「駅前にあり、とても便利。特に、パンノンハルマ修道院へは駅の後ろのバスステーションから行くことができ、大変便利。修道院へは行きは入り口まで行き、帰りは歩いて博物館斜め前からバスで帰れる。帰りのバスはは３０分に一本は出ている。 ホテルは広くて清潔感がある。朝食も質量とも申し分ない。」

「Toller Service, vor allem im Restaurant. Sehr gutes Essen. Nur bei der Sauna waren wir enttäuscht. Es gibt zwar viele Saunas in verschiedenen Temperaturen und Duftnoten, aber aller wollten nur in die Finnische Sana, beide waren überfüllt. Ich bin nicht reingekommen, und die die drinnen waren, saßen eng wie die Sardinen beisammen.」

「We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

「５つ星ホテルということで予約したが、なぜこのホテルが５つ星なのか疑う。ホテルの雰囲気も暗い、チェックインもフロントに一人しかいないので待たされ、レストランの従業員も態度が悪い。ジンジャエールを頼んだが「ない」と言われ、メニューを確認したらちゃんとあるので指摘した所、嫌な顔をして渋々持って来た。意味がわからない！ハンガリーのサービスは悪いというが５つ星ホテルでもこの程度かとガッカリした。ホテル周辺は静かで散歩するにはいい所。ヘーヴィーズ湖まで徒歩15〜20分くらい。ホテルのスパに日本の温泉のような白濁した硫黄の湯がありなんとなく落ち着けた。」

「駅からの距離は少しあるものの、中心地からはすぐでした。 館内はとても清潔ですが若干病院を彷彿とさせる印象でした。スタッフはとても親切でみなさん感じがよかったです。」
