The room had bugs over the bed. The situation has been notified to them.! However they ignored.! Motel Ingham staffs could act more meticulously & attentive rather than being rude by saying that, you’re not a Queenslander, and acting like, those situations was normal things.! if they servicing on the motel & tourism sector! Guys you have a lot of things to learn about it! First things about honesty in the business.! Also I kindly requested from them personally on first day, second day of booking refund, rather than canceling over the online. ! Because room wasn’t ok! Not clean, no plates, taps wasn’t working properly and broken! Moreover We didn’t sleep after long way trip from NSW. Me and my mum were so upset and unhappy in this situation. They told to me previously they will refund to me second day of booking, somehow they didn’t share any of with me any documents of the refund, after that, I went to office other day following day morning, and asked them about refund they still said to me about their policy! Seems like they care more about their policy rather than costumer happiness and right & fair service to costumer. A few hours later I went to their office again coz my mum said they may fix the room after those issues and I had asked them can we stay again if the room is ok, the manager said already I refunded to you. But Refund receipt shows different card numbers and it wasn’t mine.! Anyway I wish them best!
