「Some staff were friendly and courteous, while others were rude and short-tempered. At the check-in, the welcome staff tried really hard to sell me the timeshare, which made me feel pressured. The staff did not mentioned that I had VIP access, which I felt I lost the chance to enjoy it. The buffet could improve with more food options. 」
