The staff were very attentive from check in to check out - quickly responded when we needed extra pillows and blankets, and also when our son accidentally pulled down on a curtain and detached it from the railing. The beds were a bit small than we are used to (slightly wider than a twin bed in the USA) but it was enough for my husband and I to each share a bed with one of our children (9 years old and 7 years old).
