This newly painted and decorated older-style home is the perfect family location right near a safe and protected beach. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around. Also makes a great getaway property for couples.

The property is just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and about 10 minutes into the centre of town.

EMERGENCY Phone 000 for police/fire/ambulance. Contact host as well through the app or phone 0417 033 987. If you still cannot reach the host, phone 0492 943 340 (for emergencies only)

COMMUNICATION Use the booking app AT ALL TIMES to message the host. Only phone or text 0417 033 987 if it’s urgent.

CHECKOUT Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged. 

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement. Note that parties will result in immediate eviction and criminal charges.

FOOD Help yourself to everything.

HEATING/COOLING Panels on wall in hallway. One for heat only (sun symbol) and one for cooling only (snowflake symbol). When using cooling open an external window or door as it's evaporative and needs airflow to work effectively.

DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher. 

CLOTHES WASHING Washing detergent, drying rack and iron in the laundry. Use short, cold setting where possible.

OUTDOOR SHOWER Rinse off after returning from the beach.

PETS Keep pets out of bedrooms and off furniture. Clean up after your animals before you check out. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the organic waste bin with green lid. No plastic bags in there please. Note a $50 fee applies for failing to clean up after your animal.

SMOKING Outside only and use an ashtray.

BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

RUBBISH Remove all your waste and put in the appropriate bins. Small one of general waste, yellow for recycling and purple for glass. If you are a longer-stay guest, please put bins out Thursday.

HOUSE RULES

*Rudeness towards Flairbnb staff and contractors will not be accepted under ANY circumstances and may result in cancellation of your booking even if you have already checked in
*No unbooked guests
*No parties or events
*Smoking and vaping is restricted to outdoors, away from open doors and windows
*Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as to not disturb neighbours
*Firearms and fireworks are prohibited
*Property is not to be used for illegal purposes such as but not limited
to illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives etc

Before check-out:
*Wash and put away your dishes
*Make sure all lights, heaters and coolers are off
*Clean up after your pets
*Clean the BBQ after use
*Remove all rubbish and put in correct bins outside
*Do not wash the linen
