"Needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Cebu before heading back to Manila and Citadines was a perfect fit. First off, I need to mention that Citadines is a “serviced apartment” style hotel which means that rooms come with more than the usual hotel amenities. The main addition is a kitchen and pantry area complete with cookware and utensils. The basic amenities are all present and correct. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the condition of the rooms and building in general. We did have an issue with the shower in our room having a very slow drain. First-timers might find the hotel's layout a bit confusing in that the hotel itself is just part of a high-rise multi-use skyscraper in the heart of downtown Cebu. What looks like reception is actually a concierge desk for arranging tours and activities – the actual reception is in the hotel lobby which is all the way up on the 9th floor. From the 9th floor up of the building is the actual Citadines hotel itself. The aforementioned pool was an ample size and wonderful to be in, whether just relaxing or turning laps. It does get a bit chilly though exposed to the wind at that height. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Room service isn't available from the hotel per se but they do inform you of an app that's available for delivery via a co-branded service. Service from the staff was above average. Location-wise the hotel was in a good spot in the heart of Cebu City. Overall, we had a great stay."

"The hotel is super convenient to everything. Dining and shopping is at your door steps. The bus terminal is across the street where you can take the shuttle to Tops observation for 100pesos for RT transfers and entrance fee. The room is large and the breakfast was amazing!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will defiantly stay here again next time I am in Cebu city. "

"Great common areas access to full kitchen complete with all utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Room was large with AC (included). Hot water kettle in room. Free wifi in room and common areas, free coffee, free tea, free water (hot or cold). The shared bathroom very manageable as there are 2 bathrooms with showers serving 6 rooms, so never had to wait during my 2 nights stay. PERFECT for: solo travelers, budget minded, short stays, backpackers, and day-trekkers. A bargain at 15 USD and I had the largest room and the only one with AC. Beer for sale, laundry offered, breakfast offered at 200 php."

"Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great."
