「Very comfortable beds, nice simple breakfast. Since breakfast is not included it would benefit of adding a variety of milks like almond milk or oak milk or coconut milk. The person on the front desk was professional and efficient , the breakfast person was very friendly and nice and the room was functional and clean. Even though there were a wedding in the property, it was very quite in our room at night and Didn’t disturb us at all, probably because the ball room has very good noise isolation....

「Charm, comfort, hospitality and amazing food. My stay exceeded expectations. Super friendly staff who were all very attentive. The Lady Samantha room was lovely and it made me feel like i was stepping back into a grander time. (The bed was soft and comfy). What a gem. 「It was a small inn but cozy and comfortable! And breakfast was hot and delicious. We were traveling from New York via Lancaster and Bethlehem, so we had two pieces of heavy luggage. It was sorry that there had no elevators! When we carried them up and down (when we arrived one of the staffs helped us,thank you！) it was so hard ! If you have large luggage you may choose rooms in the first floor.」

「My husband & I stayed here last night to go to a concert in Asbury Park at the House of Independents. We were so impressed with this B&B!! We usually stay a hotels that are close to the venue but this time we just looked up what was close to the venue & had the best price for us. 「We loved bring right off the boardwalk. The restaurant changed owners and we couldn’t enter from the hotel area this year. There was mold all over our shower curtain, not the cleanest hotel but stay here for convenience and the front desk staff are excellent.」
