「The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place. 「Very nice hotel for the price, especially on a weekend. Check in was rapid and courteous. Decor was very nice and room was clean and well kept-up. Hot water, A/C - heat and jacuzzi tub all worked well, breakfast wasn't overly fancy but did include hot food. Plenty of coffee which is important to me. Pool was a nice size and was clean.
