「Set in idyllic surroundings the house was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great and central to many villages, towns and lovely walks. It was fully equiped with everything you need. Rob and Kath were extremely welcoming and on hand for any advice or questions. Great place for a family who love adventure and being able to bring our dog with us made it even more special. Simba, our dog, especially loved his early morning play dates with Noah and Barney. Highly recommend this...

「Found this lovely property on line and it’s a truly lovely place, it’s quite secluded but had easy access to Taunton, the gardens were really lovely and the place was very clean and comfy, I can recommend staying here, the only negative would be the lack of Netflix」

「We had a lovely stay at the Lower Spires. The cottages were pleasant to stay in. They were clean, and fully equipped. The garden was beautiful and perfect for our dogs to run around and play. The area was also very beautiful. It was very quiet but there were plenty of things to do. The information we received from James in advance was very useful. we had a wonderful time in the Lower Spires and if we return to Exmoor we will certainly book the cottages again!」

「This house was a brilliant base for a get together to celebrate a significant birthday. Spacious house with 6 en-suite bedrooms all of which could be made up as king sized beds. Lovely welcome, very responsive hosts, plenty of crockery and cutlery and a table big enough to sit everyone comfortably. Lots of parking, dog friendly and an enclosed garden. It was amazing 」

「We spent a wonderful holiday week in this lovely cottage. On arrival everything was very well prepared and all very clean. The view from the kitchen into the garden is amazing. This cottage gives you all you need to relax. Very silent. It‘s very good host for discovering Exmoor NP and the Quantock Hills. Thank you so much Fiona and Eric for this pleasant stay.」

「The property is huge, with 23 of us staying, there was ample room for us all to eat together, at in the living room and loads of bedrooms including an accessible ground floor bedroom which we needed. The family style bedrooms really suited us with small kids in tow. Garden and location is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub is a lovely addition. The property is a little dated in terms of decor but it suited us space wise and we had absolutely everything we needed. We had a fabulous weekend...
