We had a very plesant stay at this apartment. The apartment was at least three times as big as a regular hotel room in Japan, so we had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen appliances, especially the microwave and toaster oven, were life savers whenever buying pre-made food from the convenience store. Not to mention how handy it is to have a full-sized fridge/freezer! There's also a TV you can use, with a few of Japan's major channels, like TV Tokyo and Fuji TV. There was at least 3 vending machines with soda near the entry to the building, so you won't thirst to death. There's also a few restaurants beneath the apartments, but we didn't try them out. The best part about this stay has to be the portable wi-fi. Bring a phone with google maps and GPS, and you can pretty much find every place of interest with ease. (Great for playing Pokemon Go too, without using insane amounts of data). Close to "Shin-Egota Station" too, it won't take you more than seven minutes to walk there
Now to the negative feedback... There's an air conditioner, but only in one out of the two bedrooms. This didn't bother us, since we were only two people, but could be a problem for a family or people not wanting to sleep in the same room, especially during the dreadful "33 celsius or more" summer heat. They did give you a portable fan too, though. The bathroom wasn't very clean either, with multiple strands of hair around the bathtub and some moldy spots around in the room.
