"Outstanding hotel and staffs. Service is second to none. They exhibited the traditional Japanese hospitality and treated guests with respect. This is the best hotel I experienced in the past several years in Japan. On the 5th floor, the gorgeous Fuji mountain is like right on your backyard. The dinner and breakfast were super. I definitely will stay at this hotel again next trip."

"Venetian styled oasis! Glorious baths in your hotel room with epic views of Mt. Fuji. Free shuttle rides to Kawaguchiko station daily. Amazing private baths with different styles that you can use for free without reservation. Free snacks, wine, coffee/tea, and late night ramen. What else can you ask for? 10/10"

"Excellent view of Fuji from rooftop. Wonderful service. Great half board (breakfast and dinner). Hotel has free shuttle service to and from train station. In room onsen is definitely a plus."
