気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Their parking is very limited so if your handicap and want to park in front of your room forget it. They do not have a working pool. It is in disrepair. The floors were dirty and sticky in our room. The TV didn't work when we got to the room. The internet was weak. The electricity went out twice once while we were in the room on the 1st day and once while we were out of the room and the a/c was powered off, so we came back to a terribly hot room when it was time to sleep. It was horribly inconvenient. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. You get 3 small standard pillows for each king size bed, two sheets and a small flimsy wool blanket in-between. Forget comfort you won't be getting it here. The drains were clogged with hair and crude. You get one tiny shampoo .25oz and one tiny bar facial soap. Nope, you won't take a refreshing shower here either.
I'm never staying here again and don't recommend it to you either. Also when i booked it online it said 70$ with my one key points then it went up when i added people & my pet to my room. But then my people & service dog didn't come and i tried to change my booking before I traveled. They told me to change it when I checked in or it would cancel my room. She still charged me the full price and said her rooms are normally more than $215 that i already got a good deal online and she wouldn't change it.
This was a night mare. My parents and sister were also staying here, it was not just my room.
