「Reception staffs are not professional. When I made a booking, game was 2 times per day, but it was only 1 time. Check in time is indicating 4pm on Expedia, but it is not correct. If you go to 4pm. Game drive staffs were everybody nice」

「Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool.」

「高齢者夫婦二人で2泊利用しました。丘の上に限られた戸数で建てられたロッジで滞在する形式で、各戸のプライバシーは完全に守られて快適です。ベランダに小型の露天風呂(ロッジでは温水ベビープールと称してましたが)があり、解放感は抜群です。夜は"露天風呂"に浸かり乍ら、満点の星を楽しみつつ、ワインを傾けるのは最高です。(素っ裸はお勧めしませんが、時間帯を選べば水着着用は必須ではない、かな？) Game driveも当ロッジ専属のガイドが同行するので、説明も判り易く(英語とアフリカーンスオンリーですが)、満足の行くものでした。ヨハネスブルグから片道2時間半ほどでアクセスでき、朝晩のGame drive でBig 5 (Lion / Leopard / Buffalo / Elephant / Rhino)も見られるので、手頃です。また、冬の早朝のGame...

「The service level was poor, below our expectation. Hotel staff not communicative to the extent of preparing unconfirmed breakfast. We found this a bit strange for a guest lodge.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Morokolo. The game drives with Niel were among the best we’ve ever been on. The executive suite was private and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the braai boma, the soaking tub, the comfy bed, and the outdoor shower. 」
