"Bed super comfy, room and bathroom very clean and loved the extra bathroom touches with the make up wipes and shampoo. We loved our drinks on arrival. Jan made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. The location was great as within walking distance for food and drinks. The only problem we had was car parking outside but not a mega issue as there is other parking spaces elsewhere."

"A lovely friendly hotel. Very well kept. A nicely decorated room with lovely furniture. Great power shower! The only downside for me was the mattress, it just needs replacing. When you don’t sleep well it’s a shame. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection to choose from. A lovely stay!"

"This hotel is fantastic!! Built in 1522. It has three pubs and a great restaurant. It is located in the center of the old city. The staff at the hotel and people in Caernarfon were super friendly. We attended a wedding in Snowdonia, and this hotel was our base of operations for three days. We probably won't ever have an opportunity to return, but I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!! Try the Welch Pie at the restaurant!!"

"From the start Staff were very friendly rooms are clean and well appointed. The food menu choice was excellent to the point it was difficult to choose a dish. The food was well cooked and presented with a decent portion for a change. The fact that so many locals were eating there showed their reputation for good food was well known On the whole great value and I hope I will get a chance to stay again"

"Hotel is nice for what we paid . Loved the swimming pool.. building is little tired but very clean and I would stay again . Beds very comfy .. no socket near bed and the shower soap was empty which was frustrating while showering.. over very all nice and friendly hotel for price "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Willow Cottage, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jo and Steve are incredible hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the alpacas! They added such a unique and fun touch to the experience. Being able to interact with these gentle animals made our visit even more memorable. The service provided by Jo and Steve was outstanding. They were warm, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept getaway with a bit of alpaca magic, Willow Cottage is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!"

Brilliant holiday

"Had a fantastic time , brilliant spotlessly clean, great welcome pack, and fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable and brilliant garden our dog loved running around and we found it hard to get him in the car when we were going out. Stayed in many houses in Anglesey and this one is right up their with the best, wed will be back , thanks to the owners for having us stay for the week."
