「My husband and I had a perfect 3 night stay. We were the only guests on the property (which has a total of 3 units), so we felt particularly lucky to have the pool and space to ourselves. Plenty of great spots within walking distance, but we spent most of our time lounging by the pool-- which is even better than the photos suggest. Communication was easy, bed was comfortable, and shower was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「Pictures are very accurate, the property is mere steps to the beach. Potrero is a great, quieter beach town that has some great food nearby. Excellent coffee, smoothie bowls, and massages are less than 10 minutes walk away. Short drive to Tamarindo if you want more of a party scene or more surfable beaches. Hosts were great and responsive to messages.」

「Nice apartment- clean comfortable. No laundry or vacuum. 4 burner stovetop but no oven. No freezer. There were no hangers in the closet but the staff brought us some the next day. 「The property was very comfortable. The garden and pool areas were lovely. We were there during record breaking rain, but still enjoyed our time there. The grounds keepers kept the area clean of storm debris, giving us a beautiful view.」

「We really enjoyed how quiet the area was, but how close to stores and restaurants we were. Playa Penca was beautiful and the pool had lots of shaded areas and seating available.」

「The view from my room was beautiful! The room was perfect for a couple. I would give it a five stars rating if the bathroom didn’t smell like mold. I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. 「This home on Playa Potrero had everything we needed for our party of 13 adults and 4 boys, ages 5 to 8 to enjoy 8 days in Costa Rica. It was perfect to just walk outside the home and be on the beach, listening to the waves roll in was so relaxing. Greg the property manager was always quick to respond to emails and text messages.
