「I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. Close to gondola 」

「Our First Visit to Telluride was highlighted by the great experience with Alisha, the Lodge Property Manager. Alisha was great, always responded, gave great information about the property and the town. She also provided us with a great breakfast and lounging living room where we got to connect with her and other guests, downstairs in the common area. 」

「Close to shuttle area. Very nice room, a little smaller than what we anticipated, trying to accommodate 4 was quite tight u less they were small children. 」

「More than adequate for a ski trip, more than cozy. Having our dog with us made all the difference!」

「Clean basic room, nothing fancy, but had all I needed for my ski trip. Amazing staff, great location.」

「This is a great affordable ski in and out property! The room space is small for 3 adults but its still a great place for skiing. I would definitely stay there again for the value!」

「A prior review said it best, "its a hidden gem in Telluride". The property couldn't be better located within town. It has plenty of parking, close to the gondola, and is the perfect walking distance from everything. The lodging is no frills, but is clean, well kept, comfortable, safe, and loaded with friendly staff. We don't travel to sit in our room so the accommodations were perfect and couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Telluride.」

「Do not use this property. Alot of stairs and not handcap friendly. Poor communication with check in. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, trash not empty, no clean towels. Room was not the way it was pictured on review. Had a bacony but unable to use it. Door blocked and no chairs. I'd like a particle refund back on my fee for Sept 29-Oct 2, 2024. on my credit card for these actions. Handicap parking taken by people without proper plates or handcap cards. 」

「Location does not get any better if you are looking for slope accessibility and and a comfortable place to sleep. Everything you need for a great ski vacation and we will definitely be back!」
