「Gran bella struttura in punto centrale di Tel Aviv, nostro alloggio moderno carino con tutti i comfort necessari. Wi-fi ok. Disponibilità ufficio ottima. Sicuramente un soggiorno positivo. Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura...

「This property was in the perfect location for Tel Aviv city centre, walking distance to the main spots. Located next to a well lit and beautiful park also. The room itself was cosy, and clean with a balcony and excellent security. It was perfect for me and I’ll be sure to return! 」

「There was a lingering musty smell out of the cabinets. The internet was working off and on mostly off. Towells and room cleaning was provided every other day or three days. the building is old and can use paint and the furniture is torn up. The location is great, right in the middle of best part of Tel Aviv.」

「The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service 」

「でも、一つ問題がありました。私はホテルの場所を知っていたので空港からホテルまで来れました。滞在中にホテルから観光ツアーを依頼。30分程待たされました。理由はホテルの名前が表示が全くなく探せなかったとのこと。現地の方でも困った。一階にCafe Cafeと言うカフェがあるだけで一見するとホテルというよりアパートに見えます。ホテルのオーナーさん、、素晴らしいホテルです。ツアーがいどや運転手さんも仰ってました。是非、ホテル名を掲示して下さい。」

「I had a wonderful time at the Ben Yehuda apartments. I arrived very early and the staff went out of their way to get my room ready well before check-in time. The apartment was very clean, quiet and specious with everything one needed for a short stay. Communication with the staff was easy through WhatsApp. I felt safe at all times and well looked after. 」

「Great place in a great location, and more importantly, excellent comms with property managers. You can basically WhatsApp them any time and they respond immediately -- and a human, not AI. Was very impressed by that. Fitness room was small but well appointed with dumbbells, adjustable bench, and a cable machine in addition to (I think) a treadmill and a bike.」
