「It’s a beautiful place, the beach it’s amazing, facilities are refurbished and looks really nice, all the staff is so kind and helpful, pool is really cool. It’s a amazing place to spend great time with family or couple. The only opp to me are the drinks in the pool bars, taste is like the same no matter what you ask. Not the best ones. 」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「Wir waren zu zweit knapp eine Woche im VR Club Tulum Riviera. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und ruhig außerhalb von Tulum direkt am Strand gelegen. Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Essen und vor allem der Service… alles war prima. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Als wir ankamen mussten wir kurz den Eingang bzw. das Einfahrtstor suchen. Vielleicht könnte man zumindest ein kleines Schild anbringen.」

「ビーチ付属のようなカフェがありますが、朝１０時頃開き夜６時には閉めます。車があれば食事に関しては問題ないでしょう。何といっても最悪は水道水（勿論シャワーも）が塩水です。そこだけは覚悟して下さい。立地は良いです。コレクティーボバスを使えばトゥルムタウンにもドスオホスセノーテにもトゥルム遺跡にも簡単にアクセス。ホテル敷地内にはセノーテが2つ！（これが最高！）。ビーチを北に行けば誰もいないターコイズブルーの海とビーチ！！静けさを求めるなら最高です。」

「部屋からビーチへのアクセスは最高です。部屋もこじんまりとしていて使い勝手もいいものでした。食事はビュッフェですが、イマイチでしたので、私達はトゥルムのZona hotelera まで行きました。レンタカーだったのでトゥルムの遺跡やチチェン・イッツァ、コバ、セノーテイキルなど、ここを中心にいろいろなところに行けました。メキシコですので、タオルを頼んでも1時間くらい来なかったりします。こののんびり感が耐えられない方とスペイン語が堪能でない方、そして車のない方にはお勧めしませんが、客層も主にイタリア人とアメリカ人の落ち着いた人達が多く、概ね過ごしやすいホテルでした。」

「The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning 」

「WARNING. This property is NOT in the center of the city in Tulum. I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady. 」

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a good size with ample storage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were great, although sometimes the language barrier was a minor issue. A list of close by and recommended restaurants was provided before we arrived, along with suggested activities. Both of which was super helpful. Food and drink were great. Would definitely stay again 」

「separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.」

「Villa Vidorra is truly a five star vacation. 1. Barbara takes care of EVERYTHING for your stay in order to make it seamless from time of arrival to time of departure.
