Whether you'd like to spend your days at the beach, explore the best our city has to offer, go to a professional sports game, or dine at incredible restaurants our home will be sure to suit you perfectly! Centrally located, you'll be less than 5 minutes from the Buc's Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown, within 25 minutes from St Petersburg, and within 30 minutes to the beach.

• Upstairs unit with street parking only
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Ring doorbell camera recording
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Not well kept. Broken shutter in the bedroom, 2 out of 4 lights in the kitchen didn’t work, old bath towels, no bath rug. Overall not very clean, floors were sticky. Closet had old rugs and comforters shoved in a corner. The steps leading up to the main entrance door (upstairs unit) had no lighting at night and the handrails are a huge hazard, completely loose. That is not at all within code. The automatic door entrance (with code) unlocked on us a couple of times while we were inside the property, which was very weird and made us uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. Location is convenient but we won’t be choosing this place again. Needs more care. Also, first time we ever had to pay to stay an extra 45 minutes.

A SoHo gem
Walkable to shops, restaurants. Stayed 4 nights. Just right for 2 people. Safe area Plenty of parking(although on the street). Very clean & modern. Would definitely rent again!

Great Location
Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is small but located in a great/walkable area that made it convenient for exploring Tampa. There is no freezer so we were disappointed when we arrived to have to find alternative methods for keeping food cold we had purchased at the grocery store. My biggest complaint stems from the lack of hospitable nature of the host. Prior to arriving, I had sent a message to inquire about an early check-in. The host informed me that they wouldn't know until the day of as they often have last minute bookings and may not be able to accommodate - no problem. I received a message the day before our trip stating that I could extend my stay and arrive a day earlier if I wanted to pay a discounted nightly rate. This informed me the unit had not been rented out and was available. The day of our reservation, I sent a message around 10:30am asking if they would be able to accommodate an early check-in to which they responded that if I wanted to check-in by 2pm, it would be a $100 early check in fee (check-in is normally 4pm) or $50 if I wanted to check-in by 3pm. I was shocked and appalled at the outrageous fee and also for the greediness of the request. I think many of these management companies forget they are in the hospitality industry and should make all efforts to accommodate reasonable requests like a two hour early check-ins if there are not circumstances preventing this. For this reason, I would not book again.

Awesome & super safe spot!!!
I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I saw it was close to SOHO area & Hyde Park and I was 21 staying alone so I wanted to make sure I was in a safe area where I could walk etc. However, it was in a perfect location and extremely safe. It was awesome for one or two people! I would 1000% stay again if I came back. Great property!

Our stay here was great! The place was exactly what we expected- very cute and comfortable. The property manager was easy to contact when needed. The only thing I could say was a negative is the street parking situation. It was hard to find a spot that I was sure wasn't a tow zone in the neighborhood.

Lovely Modern Condo
This condo was the perfect getaway accommodation to visit my kids who attend college and live in the area. The location is great! The condo is just what I needed for a solo stay in Tampa; the bed is comfy and the place was spotless. I will reserve this again in the future.
