I stayed two nights while in town for a class and the tiny house had everything I could possibly need, would be great for an extended stay too. There was nearly a full kitchen—fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, salt/pepper & cooking oil. There was plenty of space in the bathroom and shower. TV tray, folding table/chair set, convertible bed-to-table, and outdoor courtyard gave plenty of seating options. Multiple hooks inside and on doors more than made up for the lack of true “closet” in the small space.
It was very easy to find and conveniently close to I-275. I was greeted by a cute welcome sign and string lights over the courtyard, and there was plenty of lighting around the building and adjacent driveway. I agree with previous reviewers comments such as: there was some road noise but it was mostly drowned by the A/C, I’m not sure I’d go walking around the neighborhood but the locked gated courtyard and close parking make up for that, and that the bed is quite firm (not a pro or con, just an observation).
This was my first HomeAway experience and it was seamless and easy, and the property was everything I expected and more, for the price and convenience I’d definitely stay again!
