Can not comfortably sleep more then 2
My husband myself and my 13 year old son were in the area and wanted a place that we could fish from. The listing shows a picture of a dock that appears to be covered. When we got there it was quickly obvious that the covered dock is, in fact, the neighbors dock. There is no where to fish and not get fried by the Florida son. There was an umbrella on the back porch of the main house. When I asked the property manager about the dock she said that she didn’t understand why I would think that there is a covered dock. The picture is VERY deceptive! If you think you can comorteably fish at this house, in the Florida sun, you CAN NOT!!! The property manager would not even let me use the umbrella that was at the main house.
The listing says that there is a King bed in the bedroom and a queen in the livingroom. I was expecting a pull out couch for my 13 year old to sleep on. At midnight I went to make the bed for my son and discovered that the couch was not a pull out at all. I made the couch up and gave him a pillow. I went in the bedroom and fell asleep. I was awoken by my son at 3am with a complaint about it being to hot in the livingroom. I opened the door and entered the livingroom, the temperature difference was dramatic!!! The AC is one of the ductless kinds and the unit is in the bedroom. If you close the bedroom door the livingroom has no AC!!! So no bed and no AC in the livingroom!!! In the morning the property manager advised me that there is a air mattress in the closet.
