Property has the potential to be an 8/10 but has some issues. The washing machine is broke and does not spin, the laundry area also smells like either sewer or sulfur at times do some reason. Furniture looks nice but is worn. Property isn’t as clean as it could be. The pool area is not level and could lead to falls. Kitchen drawers and cabinets need some repairs. Only one TV in the house. Could use a few more appliances in the kitchen like a crockpot and a few more baking sheets. A vacuum to clean up would be nice as well. The floors are all tile so any dirt or sand is noticeable and I felt I just pushed it around the house with the broom. It is in a great location and very convenient to get to. Just a few little maintenance items and it would be much better. I still cannot complain much as there’s a lot of room and the price is very reasonable, but if you expect perfection you will be unhappy. If you like something budget friendly and roomy this is a great option. As it was during my stay I would give it a 6.5 definitely not the worst place but a little maintenance and upgrades would definitely improve the rating.

Horrible house
From day one, I contacted the property because there was a strong chemical and moldy smell that was terrible, and the AC was very dirty. There was dust all over the place, and I had difficulty breathing throughout my stay. The toilets did not work properly, and there were occasional waves of a sewage water smell. The dishes were dirty, the washing machine wasn’t functioning, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, like 20-year-old mattresses. I was considering canceling my stay, but due to the hurricane floods, there was a limited availability of houses, so I had no other option. Additionally, Randy arrived before the checkout time and asked me about my stay. I gave him feedback about the house, but instead of taking the criticism constructively, he got upset and started calling me a “nasty woman.” It was a very difficult and uncomfortable experience

Dead bugs in several areas, spiders and spider webs in a few different areas.
Dead roaches in different areas of the house, we cleaned up a few dead ones. dead and live spiders and spiderwebs. Pool area wasn’t pleasant or safe for children, my eight-year-old daughter was scared to sleep.

Property looked run down
The AC was not working and there were 2 roaches in the floor when we checked in. I don't believe AC was working for awhile because the wall art warped from the heat. The thermostat was at 92°. There were insect traps on the counter so there clearly is an insect issue. Overall we did not feel like the property was maintained very well. We did receive a refund and had to find another place with short notice which was not ideal.

Good stay for value
Had a quick night in Tampa with friends and stayed at this VRBO. Easy check in, clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Driving services pick up and drop off at property which was easy.

Needs a little care
The refrigerator drawer is broke. But kept food cold. The oven is older and took longer to cook than no should have. Overall the house is roomy. The pool was cold but soon as the weather heated up pool felt awesome. Need a few more gadgets for the kitchen. Grater decent cutting board something for dishes to dry on, new pans - they only fry pan has burnt food stuck in.
