👃 Scent Notice: Please note that we use scented laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, Lysol, and plug-in air fresheners. We also regularly accept dogs, so our property may not be suitable for those with scent allergies.

👚🧺 Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays.

🔑 Keyless Entry: For your convenience and security, every guest receives a unique access code to the keypad lock, which is changed for each new guest.

Pet Policy
🐕 Dogs Welcome: We are a dog-friendly property, situated in a dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty of walking areas. There is a $50 per dog, per stay non-refundable pet fee to cover the cost of extra cleaning. By booking, you agree to be responsible for any pet-related damage.

Bugs/Pests
🐞 Nature Neighbors: Florida's tropical climate means you might encounter mosquitos, flies, small spiders, small geckos/lizards, and possibly palmetto bugs. We have monthly pest control, but if you encounter any pests, please let us know, and we'll address the issue promptly.
