Labor Day weekend 23
We came up to the condo For a two night stay to attend a wedding in McCall. The place is really nice, everything about the property is great! Location, quiet, great access to the lake. Our only suggestion would be that maybe going into the fall and winter months when swimming and boating aren’t necessarily the top activities, and or weather is inclement, TV cable or satellite would be appreciated to watch sports or other programming instead of just DVDs.( if it was available , we sure couldn’t figure it out! Lol) All in all great stay, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Retreat
I had a wonderful stay. It's simply impossible to beat McCall for beauty and relaxation. The condo was perfect and the view to the lake the best.

Beautiful view & quiet complex
The view was beautiful with full access to the lake, pool and lawn. Very short drive to McCall city center and short walk to Ponderosa State Park. Unit is one room with a Murphy bed. Bathroom and entrance are well located. We did not use the Murphy bed, choosing to sleep on the sofas instead.

Beautiful lake view!!!!
Property was clean and easy to access👍 It was so peaceful and quiet our entire stay. The lake is 50’ from the back door 👍 If you are taller than 5’5” you may have an issue sleeping in a Murphy bed so be warned. Also make sure you bring dvds or a roku for entertainment. My wife and I spent 90% out by the lake at this property. The pool was wonderful. Also bring a fan there is no a/c here. We opened front and back door for good ventilation.

Beautiful Beach and Grounds
The big draw of this property is the beach-front location. The lawn/grounds and beach were surprisingly lovely and well-maintained. There were lounge chairs and tables/chairs and shade umbrellas on the beach. The sand was raked and the lawn was so green and neatly trimmed. The pool was also fun for the kids. There seems to be an on site maintenance person who is continually cleaning, sweeping, and trimming! The condo is as described: a simple studio. So if you fit into a studio and don’t mind it not being fancy, this is probably the most affordable beachfront option in McCall! The Murphy bed has a comfortable mattress, but isn’t very long so it might be difficult for tall people and we decided against trying to sleep two adults in it. The sectional worked well for a bed for my husband and my lanky teen son, while my 11 year-old on the chaise lounge. The kitchen is small and has few cabinets so it is workable but not a gourmet kitchen. We prepared several simple meals there and it worked fine. There are only 5-6 dinner and salad plates so we had to wash regularly, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s a good deal and I would recommend staying here!

We loved the location of being right on the lakeshore. Unit needs some updating, bathroom outlet needs to be replaced. Hair dryer and curling iron wouldn’t even stay plugged in. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people. Other than that, it was ok.

Incredible location on the water
Absolutely beautiful amazing location. Beach, pool, private boat dock. Unit is a little dated and the murphy bed wasn't the most comfortable. But fairly well appointed for a studio. Was clean and comfortable. Needs some more silverware (had 4 forks). Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our vacation. Wish it had a hot tub!

Fantastic location!
The view from this property is amazing and the amenities are superb. Nice pool and beach on the premises. View from the patio was beautiful. It made it worth the stay. The unit itself could use some updates and improvements. The Murphy bed is very small and it advertises a sleeper sofa which I think means curling up on the sectional in the sleeping bag provided. No extra sheets. Not a good night’s sleep. We would have liked a set of drawers or a closet to store our clothes. At the very least, a luggage rack. The closets were messy and cluttered with random tools, cleaning supplies, etc. Dishwasher still was out of order (saw it was out of order back in April) though we didn’t need it since it was just the two of us. The manager of the condominium unit (“Bob”) was a great help and very friendly when we couldn’t find the key to the pool gate though I wish the owner of the unit would have been more clear about how to get in touch with Bob instead of listing two condos we might find him in. That was a little awkward. Still, the location can’t be beat. We would consider staying again though we would likely bring an air bed to assure a better night’s sleep. This place has a lot of potential. Just needs some TLC and some thoughtful changes to keep up with other rentals.

This property is a wonderful location. The condo itself is very dated. There were no linens for the sofa bed. If I hadn’t had a car blanket my granddaughter would have frozen. The dishwasher was not working nor was the living room heater. This place needs a lot of work. Stayed only one night of a two night reservation
