「Cute and spacious house. Right on the lake and walkable to everything you could want in Sylvan Beach. Plenty of places to eat in town and the sunsets are hard to beat. The house overall is comfortable and we never felt cramped, despite having 4 adults, a small dog and 2 teens. Lots of room to spread out, especially the porch. Only complaint was the inaccurate description of the beds. All full size, no queens. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. Would love to return.」

「Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.」

「We book this each year on our way back from Acadia. It’s the perfect location in a quiet safe area. Down the road is an amazing gas station and our favorite family owned Italian Restaurant. Our host provides a very relaxing place to stay. It’s so clean and well thought out. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Great instructions on WiFi and a full kitchen if you decide to make your own food. Filtered water in the refrigerator and ice cubes in tray in freezer.. off street parking is...

「The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. Our host (Rachel) was very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in this area around Oneida Lake.」

「Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine 」

「Absolutely loved this home! Very quiet and serene despite being on a busier road. Short 10 minute drive to Hamilton and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Adorable little home with everything you could ask for. Owner even left us a welcome note and there were mints in a bowl when we walked in!」

「My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier. Fawn also kindly let us check in early so we could get our family settled in easier. Super close to Verona Beach State Park which was great, so clean and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!! 」
