The beautiful family villa Artsi is located in the medieval town of Svetvincenat. The fully fenced villa offers you an intimate vacation with family, friends and pets. On the first floor of the villa there is an open area with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen where the whole family can participate in preparing meals and a dining room with ten seats where you can spend time together. On the first floor of the villa there is a separate toilet and the first bedroom with double beds and en-suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have televisions and air conditioning, ideal for a peaceful night's sleep and the desired peace and quiet. The bedrooms have access to the villa's terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing drink while admiring the beautiful view of the unspoiled nature.
