「We never actually got to stay at this property. Upon asking for entrance information ONE DAY before our stay, the property manager informed us that there were squatters he “couldn’t get rid of” and that the property was unavailable. We had to press and find a much more expensive alternative. Property manager also tried to get ME to cancel the reservation in VRBO which would have left me with no refund. Scam?」

「We absolutely love this place. Could not have been more perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We were there to visit our new grandson and we just had a spectacular time. Our host was awesome. We had one question he texted immediately and even stop by to make sure all was good.. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The location of this stay is great! Right near Emory university so the area is nice. The apartment itself however needs some serious improvement. Unfortunately, we saw multiple roaches in the stay which is a sure sign of lack of cleanliness. 「From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! Wait, don't forget the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, butler's pantry and dining room! And the comfy "gentleman's lounge". And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer...
