気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Be aware that as there is no onsite reception even if you select the pay at property option, the money is taken from your account as soon as you enter the non cancellation period.
A check in code is supposed to be sms’d on the day of check in but we didn’t receive one and at 2pm (check in time) as we had no messages back from the expedia chat we had to ask the waiter at the onsite restaurant if he could help us. They finally messaged us a few hours later to say we should have received a code. Extremely poor communication. The phone number listed is disconnected, the air con unit leaked all over the floor and it was soaked!
Only positive was the location.
