Excellent Property
The property is well kept. We enjoyed playing fuzz ball and watching the big screen tv. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Amazing stay
We stayed here for a family wedding and everything was great. It is a lovely house, very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone in my family had a great time. We appreciated having a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, since my elderly grandmother couldn't climb the stairs to the upstair's bedrooms. My only request is to have mirrors in the bedrooms for when getting ready, lol. Would stay here again.

Nice neighborhood
Our group likes this place. Plenty of room for everyone. Internet was fast. Four stars (instead of five) for cleanliness because something was burnt in the oven when we tried to preheat. We notified the host and they responded promptly. We were able to use the stove top instead. Pretty well equipped kitchen for what we need.

Roomy home
We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my sister-in-law. This home was very close to everything we needed. Very roomy, clean, and beds were so comfy!! Only 3 couples stayed in this beautiful 5 bed/4bath home and it was so comfortable for us. This home could handle several more people with ease. The one thing we missed is an outdoor seating area. With beautiful palm trees in the back yard, it would have been so nice to have our morning coffee or evening cocktail outside. We left piles of snow to visit sunny California and were disappointed that we could not enjoy the outdoor space. Other than this, our stay was very enjoyable. 10/10!

Wonderful wedding weekend stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here with our loved ones for our wedding weekend. The home is beautiful with plenty of room! The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. The master bedroom was absolutely amazing. Loved the decor. The kids enjoyed the foozball table and large televisions. The neighborhood is quiet and feels oh so safe. The response from management was prompt and always polite. We would absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Tracy or surrounding area.

Weekend in a comfortable home in Tracy
Lots of nice upgrades in this spacious home. Loved the roomy master suite and big TV. The kitchen/dining area was open and conducive to cooking and gathering. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better.
