The eight-foot private pool is available during peak season, while the deluxe outdoor kitchen/bar comes fully equipped for year-round entertainment. Highlights include a mounted smart TV, an electric fireplace display, multi-function grill features, refrigerated storage, and plenty of counter space. As an added perk, golfers in the group will enjoy special group rates on tee times.

Home to Tarleton State University, Stephenville is a mainstay of the Texas A&M University System. It's also home to the highest concentration of rodeo professionals in the world! Lake Granbury is an easy day trip option for some waterfront fun.

The family room showcases strong natural lighting, built-in bookshelves, and a wood-burning fireplace, with a plush sectional and smart TV equipped for comfortable in-home entertainment. The roomy full kitchen comes well-equipped with all the major appliances and cookware for easy home cooking. A variety of children's toys and games are also provided for family-friendly convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
