「The penthouse over the newspaper building is an interesting and novel accommodation with plenty of room and a spacious kitchen for preparing meals. It is close to downtown Fairbanks and the property manager was easy to work with.」

「Good property, good location. Basement unit entrance is on side so if you arrive late at night, be sure to go to side entrance as door by garage has different code and you cannot enter. The outside light bulb was burnt out upon arrival (late evening, near midnight) so entrance wasn’t well lit. Property manager rectified the situation. Would stay again, great property and great place to stay.」
