気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
The one staff person seemed completely uninterested and annoyed when checking me in. Her 8 year old son(?) pretended to be the one to check me in all the while playing on the front desk computer. At first it was cute but then he started making inappropriate wisecracks mocking me as I was trying to check in while the desk clerk talked on the phone, ignoring me and letting the young boy pretend to check me in. When the desk clerk finally checked me in, she was rude and would barely engage with me, did not welcome me as a guest and handed my key card to me barely making eye contact. Later in the evening as I was trying to purchase a snack item, I was ignored for 2-3 minutes standing at the counter with my snack and cash while the desk clerk was engaging with family members or friends rather than taking care of me as a customer. The young boy started making inappropriate comments to me again. When she finally came over to help she was snarky when asking me if she could help me. After returning to my room I could hear the young boy yelling and causing a ruckus in the reception area and he is still loud in the reception area as I’m writing this review. If there were a zero star rating available, zero stars would be my rating.
