The cottage is located in Gangvide farm which has a total of 6 cottages located along the river Närsån which stretches into Lausviken. If you are many who want to spend the holiday together, you can advantageously rent several of the cottages at the same time.The cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for two in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and WC. A well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer compartment and a dishwasher. On the terrace you have a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings in the evening sun. Ganvide farm is Green Key certified, which means that the owners work with sustainability issues and with reducing their environmental impact. The accommodation is, for example, self-sufficient when it comes to electricity with the help of solar panels, they have compost management and a consistent environmental thinking.

Things to see and do in Stånga and Gotland
On the farm there are several small animals such as rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese that you are welcome to help and feed. If you want to go on a canoe ride, it is available for rent and for those interested in fishing, this can be done in Närsån by the cottage. Bicycle rental is also about 1.5 km away. It is also possible to go on an excursion with a tractor and cart and for the little ones, pony riding is offered.

On Gotland you can do most things! The distances are short, and each season is filled with different unique experiences. A visit to Visby is a must, despite its small size, it is a city with a huge range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Take the opportunity to stroll along Strandgatan and see the medieval warehouses. Also do not miss Fiskargränd which is filled with roses during summer and autumn.
