"This property is very nice and located right in the downtown area of Stamford. We rented the property because my wife was having foot surgery and we knew we would have to stay for 10 days after her surgery before we could travel back to our home in Virginia. This property was perfect for her needs as she was unable to put any pressure on the surgically repaired foot for two months.Having a covered garage and elevator made our stay comfortable. There were a few areas the overall property could have been better. Number one is the garbage situation. There is a garbage recycling room to dispose of trash, etc., but it is much too small to accommodate the number of residents using it. As a result, the floor was littered with garbage bags, food containers, cardboard, etc. After a weekend it was really disgusting looking and smelling as refuse was not emptied for 2-3 days. The apartment itself, while very nice had way too many items on counters, dining areas and living areas. In essence, nice items but really too much clutter. The televisions, lacked Network channels for some reason and had numerous channels for local area news, very old programming, like 30-40 year old programming. It did have basic Netflix with ads which was a plus.Other than that, the place was very nice."

"The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, clean, incredibly comfy bed (although it made early mornings a problem!). The check in process was really easy. I also love the fact there is a huge washer and dryer so was able to do some washing mid-stay and not have to fill my suitcase up too much. The Gym was great and not too busy so was able to use the equipment I wanted to. I had a question one evening and emailed Hyatus expecting an answer the next day and they came back with a very helpful answer within 10 minutes! The only slight negative was that the heating didn't seem to go very high, so given I was there at a particularly cold time it did tend to get chilly and then it struggled to heat up, but there is a blanket provided which took the edge off while it heated up. A suggestion for an even better experience would be to provide basic items, like salt, pepper, herbs, butter etc. I bought these for cooking, but ended up wasting quite a lot due to the fact I was only there for 10 days. Another suggestion would be to provide some more hangers - there were only 5 provided so had to double up. Absolutely not a deal breaker though! Overall the apartment was amazing and these small points did not in any way ruin my stay. I will 100% be staying there again!"
