This property is an individually operated villa! This property is managed by us, the owners which means we only have one property to focus on – yours! We love our home-away-from-home and are happy to let you borrow it for a little while!
The resort has 24-hour on-site security and is home to the new Ocean 180 restaurant and the new Sun & Sea Bar and Grille. All guests on the resort have access to our complimentary on-site shuttle (9am to 6pm), quaint Sugar Beach and three pools as well as free parking and WiFi.
As our guest you’ll receive a welcome bottle of rum, and you’ll also have exclusive use of our beach towels, cooler and beach chairs during your stay. As owners, we know our island and are happy to act as your personal concierge should you have questions on transportation, activities and local restaurants. When you book directly with us you can rest assured that this is the property you’ll get upon arrival, but should anything unforeseen happen we have both an on-island representative as well as access to a network of private owners and can move you to another property as quickly as possible. We are dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful stay and would be honored to have you as our guest!

This property is an independently operated villa located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association and is NOT part of the in-house rental management company. The biggest and best difference between renting directly with us and a unit only available through the Resort Hotel Program is that we’re able to focus on just one rental at a time – YOURS! We can also GUARANTEE that THIS is the property you'll get when you arrive, no matter how long you stay. Please keep in mind that all units on the resort are independently owned so no two are alike. With our location, layout, renovation, and furnishings we are uniquely suited to offer you premier views and the utmost of privacy.

Sun & Sea Bar & Grille, the only true, water under the deck bar and grille on St. Thomas is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (except Sunday breakfast).
The New Ocean 180 restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and for Sunday Brunch.
This ideal corner location, allows you to open all the sliding glass doors on both sides of the wrap around balcony to take in the amazing ocean views and allow the tropical breezes all night long. Everything has been provided in this one bedroom, superior suite condo for maximum comfort and to make you feel welcome. Master bedroom has curtains to separate from Living room area. There is a California king size bed with pillow top mattress, along with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom with two doors, insures privacy. Outdoor living is the preferred choice of most guests.
Point Pleasant Villas are situated hillside for maximum views. There are 3 different pools to choose from shoreline, terrace and hilltop. Great snorkeling is along the shoreline here, with the beautiful white sand of Pineapple Beach, just next door; is an easy walk away.
Local manager is happy to answer any questions or suggest fun things not be be missed! Plan to spend at least one day on our sister island of St. John, only a short ferry ride away.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.
Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. All reservations after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, local closures and restrictions on top of the usual weather or other conditions that may arise.
More than ever, we strongly encourage each Guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi/cable outages.
