We had a great week! The house is nice and Frances has just about everything that you need. A brand-new grill on back porch, coffee, detergent pods, lotion, shampoo, etc. So, if you forget something, odds are she has it there. If not, there is a Wal Mart and several grocery stores very close to the house. The only issue we had was the fence in the back yard does have a space at the bottom. We had to bring our small Maltese at the last minute. She is small and would be able to get under the fence, so we just walked her on her leash. It was not a big deal.
There are several beaches very close by. We went to Sunset first. It is free to get in. Not crowded, but a little small. Water very calm, like being on the lake. The next one was Honeymoon State Park. There is an $8 entry fee but well worth it! Absolutely beautiful beach. Definitely recommend, we went there everyday after we discovered it. It is very close to the house, 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. It has a pet beach right as you enter the park which is very nice. The last part of the pet beach before the South Pavillion is very rocky. The rest of the beach is beautiful, white sand that goes down about 4 miles. Plenty of beach. It was a wonderful week and we will definitely be back!
