We were at Casa Gia for six weeks. If you are looking for on the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful sunsets, immediate access to the beach , a pool, an outstanding property manager ……this is your place. We loved the very short walk down about 8 steps from our deck and immediately we were on the beach. We loved the beach. It is wide , easy to walk or run on and very easy to navigate on a bike. We also LOVED the restaurant across the street, Salt Rock Grille, and walked over at least twice a week for dinner. Just a few steps the other direction was the Indian Shores Coffee House. It had great coffee, homemade muffins , and breakfast sandwiches. Other restaurants were close by so eating out was very convenient. The unit itself was in need of several updates, painting the entire unit a light color would improve it immensely. The bathroom needed a new faucet and that was taken care of quickly. The table was shaky and only 3 chairs were available. However, there were stools at the counter top. I loved having a Keurig in the unit and the appliances were up to date. The washer & dryer for our unit was in the hallway but was easily accessible and worked very well. Hilda was the property manager and if I could give her 10 stars I would……she was awesome. She came to check on the faucet immediately, helped us with the Smart tv, and called or texted throughout our six week stay to check on us! We loved Indian Shores and so much of that was due to the convenience of our location and Hilda!
