Perched high above the sandy shoreline with a beachfront balcony, Sea Gate 505 offers magnificent views of the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This stylish seaside escape is outfitted with chic, cozy furnishings that create the perfect setting for relaxation after a day spent in the sun.

Step inside to find a light-filled living area with an unbeatable beachfront backdrop, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining area for eight. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, free WiFi and cable service, as well as beach towels and a washer/dryer provided.

The bedrooms include a modern primary suite with private balcony access, a personal work desk with a monitor, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bonus features include all memory-foam mattresses, USB chargers on all nightstands, a second computer monitor and HDMI hookup for remote working, and bidets added to each comfort-height elongated toilet.

The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
