So Much Fun
We had an excellent time and enjoyed the property very much. There were a few hiccups, but the owner was on it. The location was perfect with access to restaurants, beach, and pool.

Not ready for visitors
We just felt that the property and area wasn’t quite ready for visitors. We asked if it would be ready after the hurricanes because we made the reservation months before. They said it would be. There was a lot of dirt on the floor and the kitchen towels and bedding look like they were used to clean the floors at some point. Very old. The door to the stairs was propped open and one night we came back and could not get in because the lock was not working. The elevator had not been working so we hadn’t tried that. Called and was told the elevator had been fixed that day but we were not notified about that. It was a little scary because it was late and the area was a ghost town. We are sympathetic to the fact that hurricanes happened not to long before our trip but we just wish we would have been told it wasn’t quite ready.

Convenient on the beach location
This two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for the four of us who stayed three nights and four days. The beach and pool and patio area were wonderful. It had about everything you might need short of groceries. Kudos to iTrip management for replacing the glitching coffeemaker within 15 minutes. Having John’s Pass Village directly across the street (with a crosswalk in front of the condo) was handy for restaurants and shops.

Girls beach trip
Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The condo location was amazing, directly across the street from John’s Pass and also beachfront. You are steps away from the beach here. The property was clean and had plenty of space for the 6 people in our party. We had a bit of an issue getting into the condo but the property managers showed up 10 minutes after we contacted them. We contacted them with a few other items throughout the stay and they were on scene or responding within minutes each time. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to friends.

Great place for a vacay
We loved the location and how we were on the beach. The rooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were just as nice. We also enjoyed the covered parking, and beach towels/toys provided.

Great Beach Getaway
This property was in a great location.....Right on the beach with a pool and across the street from John's Pass with many restaurant and shopping options, this location was ideal for our family! Our older teens enjoyed walking to John's Pass, and I enjoyed the tranquil beach. The property was very clean and just as expected by the photos.

Great Time With Family
210 was very clean and exactly as pictured. Bonus was that 210’s parking spot is covered and out of the sun. Building is older but was very clean. The stairwells and pool area were cleaned daily and in great shape. Location is good and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for location is due to not being able to turn left out of the parking lot and traffic gets really congested in front of the property when the bridge is up and not always easy to get out. Also when arriving from south heading north you either have to turn into the property south of Sandy shores and use little alley way or pass it and turn around. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing
Clean and personable. Lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. Great location! Pool was fabulous. Beds were comfortable. I would suggest adding hand held shower wands and different furniture. The couch and chairs were not comfortable for our casual nights in. The condo was very clean!! We would definitely choose this place again if furniture was more comfortable. Easy check in/out. Good security. No issues.

Building is older (as expected), clean & well kept, the unit nicely renovated. Communication with rental management was great; needing a kettle for tea, I texted and had one delivered in less than 10 minutes!

Very close to everything!
For us we enjoyed the location- we don’t like to drive all the time so we enjoyed walking the strip and eating and shopping. Pool was heated and warm!! Beach is beautiful! Condo was nicely cleaned.

Perfect condo on Madeira Beach and right across the street from St. John's pass. Would definitely return to this unit and this condo structure. Had to reach out to facility staff with a couple questions and they were very responsive in accommodating. Pleased with this vacation

Very good location
We only had a few issues but overall, we love coming here each year. The code to the door didn’t work and had to be reset. Having all your stuff with you and standing outside a locked door is not fun when it’s hot. We weren’t told about the visitor spots changing and the need to ask for a pass so we had to wait a day to get a pass. I would have asked for one ahead of time had I have known. Previous years we haven’t needed a visitor pass, it was just first come first serve. The parking passes from the city were $100!!! They were $20 last year! The elevator kept breaking down (not the owner’s fault) but luckily we were on the 2nd floor so it was fine. The pool is awesome and the walk to the beach is short! The sunsets are exquisite and the walk to John’s Pass makes it a prime location. We will definitely come back!

Great location, plenty of space
Upon arrival there was an issue entering the unit but within 30 minutes the problem was resolved. Unit could have been cleaner but was not bad enough to complain. Plenty of space for my family of 6, two bathrooms was nice! Location is perfect, right across from John's pass. I would stay here again.

Great accommodations and location!
The location of our condo was great! Located close to Treasure Island and St. Petersburg. Across the street from John’s Pass and a few tourist attractions. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!
