It was great stay in a very good central location. We had a fabulous time and the host was great with good recommendations. Overall the home was very nice, clean, spacious and felt like home. We had an awesome time and I definitely would recommend this property.

Good location in Tarpon Springs
House was clean and well stocked. The only down side that it was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when the bar across the street had live music. Other than that it was a very nice house, well furnished, and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location!
This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! You cannot beat the location.. just across from the sponge docks and in between Mr. Slavokis ( best Greek) and The Pilot (previously Shakas, food yummy and bands on weekends). Communication with owner was great per usual.

Tarpon Springs cute house
This is the perfect location for seeing things in Tarpon Springs. You can actually walk to the Sponge Docks and to downtown Tarpon Springs. House was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. Appliances are new. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings. I would go back.

Location, Location!
This little house is centrally located. Clean spacious very comfortable beds. All of the amenities you would need to use this as your base while traveling Tarpon Springs Palm Harbor honeymoon Island State Park. Clearwater Beach is not far. Less than a 10 minute walk to the sponge, docs and great restaurants.

Perfect Location
This lovely cottage is on a major road without much around it, but don't be fooled. It is perfectly situated. We walked to the sponge docks, up to the dog park and canoe launch and over to the historical downtown. The house is comfortable with everything we needed, and the hosts very kind.

Dissatisfied with this host.
I attempted to stay at this property but my interactions with the host prohibited me from staying here. Originally made arrangements to stay on one date but erroneously had my dates changed to dates is did not desire. Contacted host when this problem was found to get a refund and book other dates but the host was difficult to communicate with and refused to accomadate me. finally was able to get a partial refund with help of VRBO. Host continued to lie to me saying only VRBO can do refunds and that was not consistent with information found on the website or from calls to VRBO. I wouldnt use this host again because i feel like they are more willing to scam you for money rather than help you have a good stay.

Close to Tarpon Springs activities
Property was as advertised. Walking distance to both the Sponge Docks and downtown historic areas. Traffic is busy out front and music loud from the neighboring bar, but the music was good and we enjoyed it. They did stop at 11.

Pros: location, clean, nicely decorated, allows dogs, had everything you need Cons: the live band at the bar next door is very loud, they stopped playing at 11pm Fri and Sat. Street lights are bright, black out curtains would be an improvement

Great communication!
Owner was very prompt with responding. Suggested amazing, local spots to try. Menus for local restaurants are also available inside the home. I love this, especially because I love looking up menus ahead of time. Located behind local restaurant/bar that has live bands so if you’re a Karen, I would not suggest renting this home. We loved it.. walking distance to local band and they sounded great. Bartender recognized us from previous night. Great atmosphere, very friendly.

An adorable, comfortable alternative to a hotel stay
Jessica went way and above what she might have done to this little place and it was a wonderful stay. The outside isn't much but the inside is perfect! Nice furniture, excellent design, all the amenities. One bed is not all that firm, but the other is perfect. I really appreciated that there was a recliner (it's a double recliner couch.) The handicap rails in the second bath were also a blessing. Many reviewers have mentioned the bar across the street and you do know it's there. It's a karoke, evidently? But we're in our 60s and it wasn't an issue for us. Yes, it's loud. If you have small children it might be an issue if they're trying to watch tv in the evening. But it's a clean place and there was no traffic or issue with guests. And they shut if off at 10 during the week, 11 on the weekends. It was not a problem for us. And it's location and the beautiful decor inside more than made up for any noise for us. We come to this area for family visits and this will definitely be where we stay on future visits. Jessica was a delight, answering our questions and putting up with us. So thrilled to find this spot!

Perfect location for exploring
Wonderful location within walking distance of Sponge Dock area. Accommodations are well equipped and maintained in a comfortable. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Another Great Stay!!!!
This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this house and I just love it. It is the perfect size, very clean, so cute and perfect location that is easy to walk to downtown Tarpon or the Sponge Docks. The host is fantastic!!! They have of snacks and coffee and tea ready for you when you get there. Just an overall great experience. I can't wait to go again!!

Just as advertised!
This was a nice property, well maintained and comfortable. Very close to the sponge docks. All within easy walking distance. I would recommend adding a basic tea kettle to your kitchen and also adding motion sensing night lights to the bathrooms. We have found these most beneficial at other VRBOs. I would have liked to found a journal of past visitors as they have really good information on places to visit or see.

Awesome Stay
The house was so nice, clean and the size was perfect. The owners were great and very responsive to any questions I had. Cute & Convenient Home in Tarpon Springs
We enjoyed the (3) Days & Nights spent at this property in Tarpon Springs. Prior to our trip we communicated with the owner via messaging in the VRBO website but shortly after arriving at the property the owner called us to inquire if we had arrived and if everything was to our satisfaction. She also sent a text towards the end of our stay with some check out instructions which I replied to after we left. We asked and the owner was able to accommodate our request for early check-in at 1:00 pm for a small fee for the cleaning person. Upon arrival we found the unit clean and very nicely furnished. There is ample parking. We had our (2) dogs with us and there is a nice park, the Pinellas Trail and a Dog Park a couple blocks away. Early in the morning I would take my dogs out to the front yard or walk them up and down the main street in front of the house for a couple blocks. Later in the day I would take them up to the park. (Note: Carry doggy bags with you and pick-up after them always) There is a small convenience store/gas station across the street from the property which opens at 6:00 am and after taking the dogs out I would walk over to get myself a cup of coffee. I picked up some soda for my husband to keep in the fridge since he doesn't drink coffee. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and a coffee pot if you prefer to brew your own. The location is ideal for access to the Tarpon Springs Sponge Dock location and all the shops and restaurants. The house is located on a main street running North-South in Tarpon Springs which is busy during the morning/day but at night is quiets down and there is a restaurant bar next door which had some music one night but not so late as to affect our sleep. As noted above the location is great for access to so many things.
